How to safely pack and send a watch
If you are not coming to Rimavska Sobota, you can send the watch to us by post or courier. Just pack it well, send it by registered mail and we also recommend insuring the parcel.

Parcel preparation
What you will need
- the watch you want to send for service,
- bubble wrap,
- adhesive tape,
- a padded envelope,
- a cover letter,
- a medium insured postal envelope.
Before you start packing, prepare a cover letter. Simply write your contact details, return address and the most accurate description of the fault you can.
Fill in the insured envelope or parcel before placing the watch inside. Set the insurance amount according to the value of the watch you are sending.

A simple guide to sending your watch
2. Wrap it in bubble wrap
Wrap the watch in several layers of bubble wrap so that the crystal is especially well protected.
3. Secure the wrap with tape
Use adhesive tape to secure the wrap so the watch does not come loose during transport.
4. Put it into a padded envelope
Place the packed watch into a padded envelope or another secure package and close it carefully.
5. Prepare a cover letter
The cover letter should include your contact, return address and a good description of the fault.
6. Fill in the insured parcel
Fill in all details and set insurance according to the value of the watch you are sending.
7. Put everything into the envelope
Place the packed watch and the cover letter into the parcel and seal it securely.
8. Send it by registered mail
Done. The parcel only needs to be sent by registered mail to our address.
